This documentation focuses on how VCFY works and how to use each feature (Dashboard Editor, Analytics & QR, and sharing flows).

Product overview

• Dashboard (/dashboard): edit your profile, manage links/media, and publish.
• Public page (/u/[slug]): the mobile-first bio page people see after scanning your QR.
• vCard endpoint (/u/[slug]/vcard): generates a standards-compliant .vcf for one-tap contact saving.

Key concepts

• Dynamic QR: you print/share once; you can update your profile later without regenerating the QR.
• Save Contact: visitors tap once to download a .vcf and add you to contacts.
• Publish status: Draft is hidden; Published is live on your public URL.
• Scan vs View: a QR scan is tracked when the page is opened with ?source=qr.

Quick start

1. Open /dashboard and fill in basic info (name, company, contacts, bio).
2. Set your slug (this becomes your /u/[slug] link).
3. Switch status to Published.
4. Go to Analytics & QR and download your QR code (PNG/SVG).
5. Share the live link or place the QR on any surface.
