Dashboard

Dashboard Editor

Build your public VCFY page — profile, links, media, and publish.

The Dashboard Editor is where you create and maintain your public VCFY page (/u/[slug]). Changes auto-save, and the preview updates instantly.

Quick checklist

  • Choose a permanent slug (your public link).
  • Set status to Published when you’re ready to share.
  • Add an avatar and a short, clear bio.
  • Add the 1–3 links you want people to click first.

Theme

Pick a style: classic, dark, or modern. Your public page updates immediately.

Basic info

  • Status (Draft / Published): Draft is hidden; Published is live on your public URL.
  • Slug: Used for /u/[slug]. Changing it breaks old links and is limited to once per 30 days (you’ll be asked to confirm).
  • Bio (150 chars):
    • AI Magic Wand polishes your bio and returns 3 options (Professional / Friendly / Minimalist).
    • It consumes credits (5 per run). If you run out, you’ll be prompted to upgrade.

Contacts

Add the channels you want to expose (phone, email, website, LinkedIn, WeChat, WhatsApp, Calendly, etc.). On the public page, clicks can be tracked in Analytics (Pro).

Share & media

  • Intro Video: Paste a YouTube/Loom link; VCFY converts it to an embed.
  • Share / OG Image: Recommended 1200×630. Used for social previews; falls back to your cover or avatar.
  • Add custom links (PDF/video/website) and drag to reorder.
  • Free plan supports up to 5 links; Pro unlocks unlimited links.

Layout order

Drag sections to match your flow (header → bio → video → contacts → links → address). Use reset if you want the default layout back.
